This explains all the new faces on COBI and why they all showed up at about the same time, April 26 and 27. I suspect a few of these new faces are in fact employees of the this promoter. But that's another story.

COBI has an active promotion. It's sad that so many people are willing to play along and attempt to deceive people into thinking the promos are actual news of real analysts.
