Personally, I believe that he already has the funding. The last Q stated they had already invested 400 mil into inventory and was putting another 600 mil towards uplisting. Where did this money come from? It’s not from issuing and selling additional shares! The share count has decreased. Typical penny stock scams always issue millions if not billions of shares and then put out some kind of news and sell the shares while pumping the news. This is not happening here.
The fact that the o/S has decreased tells us that they are actually auditing the financials.
