I think they are setting up Hempistry Holdings as like a parent corporation, that will owns enough voting stock in these companies, that it can control their policies and oversee its management decisions. It will not produce goods or services itself; rather, its sole purpose is to own shares of the other companies for control. It is a limited liability company, or limited partnership so it also reduce the risk for them. It merely maintains oversight capacities and therefore does not actively participate in running a business' day-to-day operations.

So you have to think that the companies that will be under that umbrella may be Hempistry Inc. for one because John Vu is the CEO of it and John Vu is listed as the Incorporator of Hempistry Holdings.

The other company that may be under this umbrella is Sugarmade because Jimmy Chan lists himself as the chairman, adviser, and chairholder of Hempistry Inc. He at one time listed himself as the cofounder of Hempistry Holdings but seems to have removed that reference. He may be reading these posts..lol

The other company that may be under this umbrella is Cannabis Strategic Ventures (NUGS) because at one time the CEO, Simon Yu, was once the Chief Operations Officer of SGMD. Also John Vu Incorporator of Hempistry Holdings is legal counsel for NUGS and Jimmy Chan is listed as a consultant and a Control Person or beneficial shareholder in some filings for NUGS.

So we see the pieces slowly being formed. Will it turn out this way? Who knows things can change or they can have something else in mind. But from the way I see it now, that's the direction it seems to be headed. If it works out like that it will be good for the shareholders for all the companies involved. It will also be good for all 3 companies.
