I see in the latest report, the 2 principle officers have a combined 44% ownership of the outstanding shares. The report only lists those officers with more than 10% ownership though.
I think it will be hard to get at least 45% of the public sharesholder shares to vote NO.

Current O/S is 37,947,456
We need to have at least 17 million shares held by people on this message board (or communicated to) to even have a chance to vote NO?
