I said that there is a lot of upside for this stock. The 6x Book Value price is only one reason for this upside. Another reason for it is the willingness of Pacific Ethanol's lenders to negotiate the repayment terms. Still another reason for the upside is the upwards trend in the price of oil and other energy supplies.
