Greenshift Corporation (GERS)

That has been one of the many, many reasons for not liking the management of this company. They're keeping us in the dark about their plans. The statement they posted last October was their first public statement about their financial condition in more than two years. That is a completely inadequate amount of transparency for any publicly-traded corporation.

Anyone who looks at this stock from that point of few, just got in the wrong stock for the wrong reasons.

You don't get high returns without taking high risks. And with GERS everybody knows that high risks involves a lack of information about their business. But fortunately we can rely on the information PACER gives us about the lawsuit.

GERS is the gamble, it is all about the lawsuit, and thanks to PACER we are sure to know the outcome. If that's positive, GERS will make a very very nice gain. Whatever one thinks the chances are, it is always way better then the lottery. IMO GERS has far over a 50% chance of winning. So why should I care about the numbers that GERS makes, if that would only dilute my cut?
