Not that my opinion matters, but here are my answers...

1) Just the OTC buzz after the May AUA and seeing the first group on 8 or so doctors showing interest

2) The delay in those doctors opening offices, and three not committing. Many were shooting for fall, but did not get rolling until 2019...AND IMHO, things were significantly delayed (a few months, significant in the OTC) when they dumped the centrifugal procedure for the RanFac needle, CaverStem 2.0.

3) No idea :( it is confusing.

4) I feel the opposite. I think the patents are critical. I think they are a sleeping giant keeping things quiet to blind side the blue crew.....Just a hunch. I would love to know all those things too.... but why tell your opponent what your plan is? From an investors view, it sucks!!! No doubt. Just like we see now, one little peak under the hood produces tons of posts and tweets that the boxes are scrubs, the needles are generic and the patents are not enforceable etc. We are being fed the smallest info possible and they don’t care about the PPS because they know it will explode when the infrastructure is ready.

I have my money banking on it.
