I'll take a crack at answering your Q.

First let me say I'm neither an accountant nor a stock analyst. However, in my retirement I do enjoy making earnings and price predictions on stocks that I own OCCASIONALLY.

I had intended to hold off making any projections/predictions on PIOE until AFTER their 2nd quarter financial report. However, in light of PIOE's excellent Q1 report I will make some guesses (just for you -lol).

First of all, let's make sure we're talking about the same numbers.

1) There were no earnings reported for Q4. There was an audited annual report for 2018 that includes Q4. To get a number for Q4, I will back it out as noted below. Below are quarter by quarter numbers from 2018 and 2019:

2018 Q1: -$2.5M (negative earnings)
2018 Q2: -$1.4M (")
2018 Q3: -$0.5M (")
2018 Q4: ($6M - 2.5M -1.4M -0.5M) = $1.6M (Note: I needed to "back out" the number for Q4 by taking the annual number and subtracting the numbers for the first 3 quarters)

2019 Q1: $1.8M

Please feel free to check my numbers. But if they are correct, you can see an improvement each quarter last year and also a small increase in Q1 2019 over Q4 2018.

Will not detail yet how I plan to make my price projection/prediction for EOY 2019, but will announce my current thinking on a price target for Aug. to Oct. of roughly in the range of $1.50-$1.70. I reserve the right to modify this prediction once I know the financial results for Q2 due to be reported around the end of July.
