There were rumors of a reverse merger being promoted, and likely by a 3rd party paid promoter. While the "company" didn't say that publicly, they also never disputed it. The RS was of course NOT true as time has proven.

I could ask the same, for proof that CPWY is NOT a pump and dump. Which it clearly has been used for, and shows as obvious in the chart.
