For anyone who isn’t aware, INOH is Trading minimally due to the fact INOH and Mark Goldberg have been named in litigation filed by the SEC and the Eastern District of New York.

The filings state in part that Ovations and Goldberg—a microcap issuer of publicly-traded stock and its chief executive officer, respectively— issued materially false press releases to fraudulently induce investors to buy Ovations stock.
