Pros
Pros, Absolutely none, horrible company.
Cons
They Dont care about their employees, they laid off more than half of the company just like that, no warning, right after they worked everyone like slaves, horrible pay, The VP is a absolute BUST he is a micromanager hes down everyone's back all day he has absolutely no trust in anyone. He has No idea what hes doing. They do not give raises. Ungrateful company!

Advice to Management
You've lost or pushed out a lot of talent due to a top heavy, largely ineffective executive management team. Reduce the number of VP's and invest in middle mgmt. and professional level employees to advance operations and support company growth if your sales ever come back.

Replace managers with people who know how to manage a team and know what they're doing. Take care of the customer and your employees.

Cons
Management doesn't care about the customer, only about closing deals. Low moral. Negative environment and so unethical. Bonus structures are inconsistent. Managers are dishonest to both the employees and customers. Leadership has no clue what they're doing.
Advice to Management
Go back to the drawing board and start over. Replace managers with people who know how to manage a team and know what they're doing. Take care of the customer and your employees.
