The current bids size is 100M shares less than the asks size! Do you think ACTL will decline back to 0 (i.e. "No Bid" at all) x 0.0001 again in the coming days/weeks or it will surge back to its recent high 0.0012 or higher again?

Anyway it needs some news (such as "Reinstatement") or updating (such as "Custodianship"-Taking-Over) or filing (such as the Form 15-12G) in order to explode to Dime Land!
