Pretty sure you know my opinion of Bill by now:) This story is about to come to an end, when you see funding arrangements of $38,000 that should tell you the well is running dry. Got a felling there is going to be a lot of selling pressure from the current note holders because once the SP goes sub penny they'll be bag holders like the rest of current share holders and he won't be able to r/s his way out this time...
