You can or can not agree with me...it means nothing...WHAT does is that Fan has made one contact to the SEC, to complain about Frank ripping him off, and then he said and did nothing!
If someone took millions of my money (as Fan claims) and an organization, such as the SEC, asked me for proof (even a canceled check), I would be at their door with a every piece of PROOF I could get my hands on.
When Fan told everyone he was going to set up a "group," I was invited to join. (I have e-mails to back this up and some other people here also know this to be true.) One of my requests was that Fan fix the A/S back to 100 billion and until he uses other options, refrain from doing a R/S.
He said he would not roll back the A/S and that a R/S makes the most sense to get the company RIGHT...
Right for who...for FAN!!!
