I was in dolv jbzy rm.
on one very fine day, the rm was completed via fins....out of the blue.

Richard .O dropped the fins and booomed people started to chase.
There was never any pr or 8k ever from jbzy as it would be a clear violation of SEC rules.

Do a little research yourself on how rm works. It could be on monday or thr or wed but one day it will come.

Rm takes about 18 months to conclude with consolidated fins and super 8k.

Krfg is right on the 18th months now.
