The reality is if you had anything special in skin care products you would have spent a considerable amount of time developing it, and then it could take years for a patent to be issued.

It's hard to tell if this company was a scam 2 years ago. Maybe they just couldn't get it off the ground. But now with all the changes in management and the constant changing in business plans it is definitely now a BIG RED FLAG. And I would have to put it in the scam category.
