So if I'm speaking to an accountant, I need to choose my words more carefully. I apologize for not doing so.

Regarding your first post, I should not have switched terms from cash position to cash flow. PIOE's increasing cash position is all I really wanted to point out.

As for a guaranteed income stream, that is also not accurate. I should have used the words from management itself:

P10 revenues consist almost exclusively of highly predictable and stable management and advisory fees.
