today i/r reply on my question
how is the sales of the shares going and the SEC questions?


We have been working to answering the last SEC communication, but unfortunately we will not be ready this week.

The main reason is because we have been focus on the 10-Q file, we have it to file very soon, and at the same time we begun the Swisslink audit as part of the task we have to perform after the execution of the acquisition agreement.

In other hand, we are continuing with the negotiation and due diligence of the Mid-West company, as well as looking for alternative funding sources in order to try to do not determine the acquisition of the Mid-West company with the Reg-A implementation.

As always, we are trying to move as fast as we can with the Reg-A offering, but the Reg-A is only part of our strategy, our main strategy is increase our business value, because we believe is the best way to impact the long term value of our stock.

As you may remember, We announced that this 2nd quarter will be very important for iQSTEL, and we started with the Swisslink acquisition, and we plan to keep working in that direction, as fast as possible !!!.
