That is impossible math you are trying to do. They convert into preferred shares at $1.80 per share but...one preferred f and pref g share could convert into 10 common shares or 20 or 1. Nobody knows. Kpay is a Delaware Corp so ordering a copy of those preferred share creation resolutions is pricey.

We dont know what the exact conversion ratio those preferred f and g pref shares convert into common for. Nobody thinks wahana is paying $1.80 per share for common shares
