Further thoughts / possibilities of what could be going on , as well read board previous comments .

Possible previous shareholders / insiders with free trading shares cashing out on any strength.

Possibly Company is aware lots of potential 144 Stock Certs / Legends will be requested to be lifted from certs so no restrictive legend will be attached , this will now be free trading shares

Company possibly knows the selling pressure that could occur so they decide not to file additional registration statements yet because of above , and other collective events they may know of

Possibly stock could be below .01 , then down the road to jump up the price a reverse stock split takes effect

Shareholders then could be diluted but insiders protected and secure for their own preferred shares and anti dilutive shares protect them on all .
