for those new here---last from enti mgmt----new direction was "buying" a motel.purchase was via crowdfunding from a seller willing to turn over ops to a buyer w/no staff or hotel mgmt experience.WEEKS ago mgmt stated they would have an answer to purchase "by end of week"---------NOW-------in defiance to eminent SEC ivestigation-----I WILL RE-STATE my OBVIOUS INSIDER INFORMATION----------"evidently (pure speculation) did not pan out."------tia eom.-----i will now be fleeing the country.
