While conservatives were celebrating Trump's personal attorney Wm Barr stiffing the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, also on Wednesday the department Barr oversees formally asked a federal appeals court to strike down the entire Affordable Care Act (ACA), jeopardizing access to health care for millions of Americans.
If Trump prevails, everything in the ACA would be wiped out: the protection for people with pre-existing conditions (asthma,
diabetes, high b.p.), etc. Also, the provision allowing children to remain on their parents' insurance until age 26 and requirements that insurance cover min essential benefits including prescriptions and preventive care would be wiped out.
So let's ALL - not just conservatives - celebrate Trump and his personal attorney Wm Barr attempting to screw the American public!!!
