Each brokerage has its rules, and the SEC has its rules. Just like each state and city has its rules. VRUS has done SOMETHING that violates etrades rules. We may never find out what, but we DO know that etrade would not simply halt a stock for no reason. THEY are missing out on those commissions as well...
