......yes, but the bigger picture is the FDIC controls the buyer which the FDIC says must be the buyer of the failed bank............AND THE BK CLAIMANTS, including the FDIC are getting paid, 1st..............

.....unlike uwb/uwbi, the FDIC seized FNB itself.......and there were other problems which the FDIC blames on bank mgt..............so this situation will take several years to sort out.....................imo..........
