For a stock that didnt trade and sat at 0002 for a year, sure looks like a lot of accumulating going on.

Why would anyone buy these cheapies if this were such a dead stock ??


Maybe PR was fake, but FLOAT not fake !! Float tiny for a stock like this. Andif no one in charge, float locked until next news of new guy in charge
