I respectfully disagree with with you when it comes to the officers of the company. If your honestly trying to grow a company you don’t sell your position, you hold until you are on a solid growth trajectory with verified profits shown in the 10q’s or annual 10k only then it would be appropriate to reward yourself by liquidating a portion of your position. The officers should be accumulating at this time showing the public there in it for the long term to show investor confidence. I believe the company is real however the officers are grossly selling every week to two weeks. Remember they all earn a salary! This is pure greed and is hurting investors who bought in at higher prices. How does the company owe you 7000 shares that you stated? Bottom line here is the officers only care about selling there stock!
