Personally, I think a very good argument could be made that I-Hub is more of a hindrance, rather than an enabler of the scammers. There is enough good information here that one almost has to work to get scammed. All it takes is the realization that the bashers aren't shorting stocks under 1¢ and the "scales shall fall"...
