Also from this post, they currently can produce 2 billion(this fluctuates crosswise depending on the final amount they decide to sell this for) a year as their rented facility is only built to handle this amount, but has the capability size wise to be built for an estimated 4 billion. Such a process and certification and would no doubt take over a year to do.
