Just complete unpreparedness. Nothing more than tat. They are trying to do too many things at once and become a major force overnight with little capital, negative cash flow and stretched management.

They will work their way out but there is no excuse for not being able to file on time. The problem is they may not be able to uplist for a year with or without the reverse. If I am not mistaken you cannot have been late let alone not file for 4 qtrs. before NASDAQ will consider you. They better remove that from their corporate deck on the website

A shame. The company's approach is solid and they will survive all of this but you cannot shove 5 lbs of baloney in a one pound bag.

This is not a GOLDEN CROSS as the promoter said. It is a Devil's Crossing.
