This can move way past a dime and possibly even a quarter with the right news and some revenue coming in. 7.4 million unrestricted shares is nothing. It will be extremely hard to get any shares in due time. Even at a quarter, the market cap is less than $5M. I've seen OTC companies with billions of shares, no revenue, and no hope have a higher market cap than $5M.
