And no, not all OTC stocks are frauds. There're the community banks. There're the ADRs. Of course they're not what usually think of as Pinks. But there're also many Pinks and OTC SEC registrants that aren't fraudulent; they're just run by people who aren't very competent, and end up selling stock and doing serial reverse splits.
Personally, I think ALL public companies should be required to register with the SEC. Even that's not a guarantee of honesty, but the disclosure required is helpful.
