Just one solid deal with a telecom and the problem will be solved. Two and its no looking back. They need to release news on this or this will be finished unless a Merger or acquisition occurs. I'm leaning toward them being acquired or merged. They desperately need some sort of infrastructure and funding. It appears they are operating under this premise and holding onto as much ownership as possible. Peabody had Majority share and Max suddenly has twice his ownership. This leaves these outstanding shares, as large a count as it is, making up only a small ownership position related to outstanding common shares.
