They must get current on their financials and remove the caveat emptor Designation from their symbol in order to do anything. It makes absolutely no sense to start promoting the company releasing financials, telling the future of the company or anything else until the caveat emptor is removed and the company is moved to a position of pink sheets and/or being able to present a bid and ask on the markets.
