I think some of the info in the spread sheet this links to is a little misleading to be honest. If you go to USAspending.gov and look up PIID
N0017816D8595, in your table you show potential value of contract being nearly 4 billion. While this may be true since Jun 30, 2016 the Combined Current Award Amounts equal $2501.00 To be fair the USAspending.gov site shows "Last Modified On: Sep 05, 2018".

Also I am trying to connect the dots between B&D Consulting and YBIN and besides Jeff Bearden being the CEO of the "private" tech company (B&D Consulting) and being appointed as an officer and director of Yaboo I am not seing anything that shows a RM or any kind of connection. Maybe someone can help me out with that because unless the two become one under YBIN then B&D can have trillions in revenue from contracts and it will mean jack for YBIN.
