The Company was unable to compile the necessary financial information required to prepare a complete filing. Thus, the Company would be unable to file the periodic report in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects to file within the extension period.

In other words, the company is hurting financially. Expect dilution in the future.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
