Those conversions should be baked into the current share structure/price. At the time of Sabby’s purchase they bought 4,681,207 shares, 9.99% of the OS. This means the OS was an estimated 46,858,928 shares. Dilution definitely happened.

My point is the share structure is maxed and the company is working toward getting current. The stock had a huge surge of volume (interest) based on news covering the 2017 period. What happens when the 10k covering 2018 drops?
