There is no expired busines license here.
There is lag between processing and payments, and a grace period. The NVSOS lists GIFA Inc as "ACTIVE" on their license, and that is the FACT. Any accusation claiming otherwise is FALSE.

The status of GIFA Inc is "ACTIVE", and not anything else. It isn't lapsed, expired, late, or revoked... IT IS ACTIVE.
