Yes and I'm sure Orie would like to have some real good Reg A news to go along with it! They are doing their best to get it done.....but we all know how things go especially with all that got backed up during the shutdown. However it did give them more time to build the company organically which is a nice plus...so as usual, it has taken much longer than expected but will work out maybe even better because of the delays. imo enjoy!
