The terms of this short term financing is what a newly listed NASDAQ company with great credit would hope for. We have not even applied yet. Read the yellow above and the stickies to get a better feel of what is going on. I only hope you do not join the dark side. I don't know if having "SEC" on the end of your name may put off some from replying. I gave some thought to not reply myself over that.
