then click on the "financials" tab you will find the following information:

I-Hub has the (shares authorized) count at 1,000,000,000, that's right three commas equals 1 Billion shares authorized.

I-Hub has the (shares outstanding) count as of 11-1-2018 at 370,585,278.

No mention of the claimed 149 million share float. Correct me if I am wrong but it looks like the float is not 149 million shares, instead the float seems to be 370 million plus shares.
