Derek, The stock is at pennies, reverse split adjusted, hard to short as difficult to borrow,there could be tax implications selling(desposition could result in write off affecting book value of company holding shares).
There is a reason the scoundrels are still around,are they commanding high salaries? Or planning another hail Mary?
