It wasn't specific to etrade

TD in Canada had some restriction that has now been lifted.
I just bought on ask through TD Canada.

We're going up.

As per my post, and my previous explanation of terms of the timing of the S1 which is in the filing, could have caused this restriction. It was not a halt.
