I think this is one where it’s not so much about charts but rather news and events. You reference the one year and 6 month charts but there were catalysts driving those. A year ago there were filings and promises of additional filings that drove the price north. The 6 month chart captures the settlement and ensuing feeding frenzy of high expectations followed by the crash. That said, this very well could be poised for a move up with filings to bring the company current submitted. Now we await approval. A declaration of being current would surely move the price up and could happen at any time. GLTA.
