Verus International Inc (VRUS)

I actually tried transferring my VRUS shares from my Etrade account to a TDAmeritrade account and was told I couldn't because the stock is too high risk and violatile. I'm thinking isn't it my money shouldn't I be able to transfer my shares to where I want them? Not understanding how doing that
would hurt either brokerage. I
was told I could purchase VRUS
shares in my new TDAmeritrade account but I can't transfer the ones I already have to the new account. Go figure always something with these penny stocks!
