Is it multiple 7 figure payments each year over 4 years OR
is it 2 $1,000,000 payments over 4 years (which wouldn't even cover expenses)?

Who is the company involved?

The "machines" being transferred were given a value of $6 million or more when returned from Carpenter. Are these payments in addition to buying the machines? Do the payments even cover the value of the machines?

Does this deal eliminate the need to raise operating capital?

Of course manny and marv aren't saying, so watch where the stock closes today for a clue to how good this deal really is. jmho of course.
