I guess it will be the same like it happend to Excelsior.
Nice SP move after till / after financing / final permits and then it falls 20-30%.
Traders will trade these events and make good money. Then volume will fall und so will the SP.
After financing, it takes 18 month, that are 1,5 year just for construction. Rampup of production takes also time as well as the first report of quarterly production rate of these three products and management has to show that recovery rate meets BFS numbers and of course SC its sell price expectation.

So I assume that minimum 24 month at the time financing is closed.

Dont ger me wrong, that is not negative at all but i learned at MIN, that even with one of the highest IRR and all checkboxes checked, SP does not skyrocket. Lets see if it does after production ramp up.
