The address payable on the note is 30 Broad St, Suite 1201 NY, NY. That is the address for GS Capital Partners, LLC.

These are the big boys. 30 Broad Street is the 49 story New York Stock Exchange building.

Here is a link to a Securities Purchase Agreement for another company with GS Capital Partners, LLC and the exact same address on our note that we purchased from them. It is not unusual for a company to go by it's less formal name in a Note that is not bound by the rules of the 1933 securities act. Our Note is a Private Placement.
