Frightening, sad, but obvious.
What the damage is, we wait and see. TD still says 47M, it usually happens by 7s. So, I'm betting 10,000 shares that its just over 54M on the OS now. We ought to know soon.
Furthermore, DP, I am pretty certain, DOES NOT OWN the buildings. If they owned the Seattle place and the Denver place, the MC would be way higher. One of those buildings is worth 1M each, easy.
They rent the places, pay someone to build them out, then rent them to the next guy. I am almost certain the grows are the same as real estate in Denver ain't cheap and this company is too weak for that type of expenditure. That's why the SP is weak, because they own nothing, maybe some cabinets, maybe the grow lights. Maybe.
They will still be renting the places when/ if (big 'IF' on that one) they own the businesses/ dispensaries.
That's why I started to realize this whole game is a lot of smoke and a lot of mirrors. That's why the bookie is in on the percentage of OS game, because he's the sketchy number cooker.
BDIY is amazing, with this OTC rules thing. I'm hoping these crooks have their game on tight enough that they don't sh!t out the SP too low that they lose their listing; they're way more clever than that.
But the ole RS scam is always an option...
