The whole reason Rotman is doing this is to monetize Rotman Furniture for its owners...

...any other description is simply pennyland hype.

He is negotiating with himself...and has the ability to remove risk and create upside for himself at the expense of existing retail shareholders who have zero influence or power in this process..
