It is hard for me to swallow The Rotman's would rather their family, legacy business go as low as .01 to obtain shares rather than uplist to say, Nasdaq. Really ?!?

500,000,000 shares at .01 and declining...$5mm

Or 5,000,000 of a growing, Nasdaq company say at 4.00.... $20mm
